U-Tech Flex is an innovative and certified wireless personal protection system that actively protects employees and automatically stops machines when an employee enters the danger zone to prevent accidents.

How does U-Tech Flex work?

U-Tech Flex is a wireless personal protection system consisting of an intelligent control unit, antennas, and a personal wearable transponder. Employees wear a compact transmitter on their wrist. As soon as an employee enters a pre-set danger zone, the system detects this immediately and the machine is automatically stopped safely. This happens without any intervention from the employee themselves. Thanks to its fast response time and accurate positioning, U-Tech Flex offers protection in a wide range of applications, from conveyor belts and balers to shredder systems, cutting machines, and rollers.
